For nearly a decade Kate Jones has helped thousands of people understand themselves and others better. She continues to use her skills as a trainer / speaker / writer / consultant to help clients explore the strengths, values and skills they possess, while acknowledging the same of others with whom they have contact. Team members learn to be more resilient; family members learn to be more accepting; and boomers begin designing the life they want to lead.
Kate has facilitated teams in a number of corporate settings (e.g. Yellow Pages, 20th Century Fox, Tim Horton's Children's Foundation), educational settings (e.g. Peel Board of Education, Toronto Board of Education, Durham Board of Education), and not-for-profit groups (e.g. Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way, Acclaim Health, Toronto Business Development Centre).
She has inspired participants as a Speaker at a number of conferences, including Solutions Media Group and Ontario School Advocate Conferences, Council for Exceptional Children Conference, and OMLEA Middle School Conference.
Having begun her career as a junior writer in a public relations firm, Kate still writes articles on various topics (click on Free Resources for a sampling). She has had a column, Personality Type, in "the Ontario School Advocate Magazine". With a Master of Education degree and her many certifications, Kate designs workshops, seminars and individual consultation for her clients’ specific needs to help them embrace life more fully.

Wayne Jones is an experienced educator, having taught students from Kindergarten through secondary school as well as adult education. Currently he is the principal of a full service dual-track middle school in Mississauga Ontario. A strong Literacy focus coupled with outstanding arts and athletics addresses the needs of its diverse student population. Wayne’s previous principalships have been highlighted by the introduction of the first elementary regional arts program in the district as well as a strong emphasis on meeting the needs of special education (autistic and developmental disabilities) students.
