For many of us family, work, and friends leave little time for themselves. We wind up not enjoying or achieving what we would like to at home or at work. In the end nobody wins - not you, not your colleagues, not your employees, not your family, not the workplace. Learn how to succeed at achieving a healthy work/life balance.
Managing Change/Transition
Have you heard the old adage that the one thing we can count on is change? Jean Daniel Duck tells us “change is immensely personal. For change to occur in any organization, each individual must think, feel, or do something different.” This session benefits managers and/or their team to embrace change while at the same time maximize their performance on the job.
