Personality Type theory is based on the notion that we are born with certain behavioural patterns. There are four temperaments and 16 personality patterns. While any personality theory does not explain everything about an individual it is a powerful indicator of his or her values, needs, abilities and strengths. Understanding the way you think can increase your ability to communicate with others as well as help you in creative problem solving.

Just as with our biological needs, we are uncomfortable and stressed if our unique set of interpersonal needs is not being met. As a participant in this workshop you will discover what unique interpersonal needs motivate you.
